« The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. »

« We loved this house. Great neighborhood and walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, breweries, art galleries. We had some challenges with communication with the realty managing it. Once we were in touch with the actual property manager, things went very smoothly. This house has a minimum 30 day stay. Housekeeping came once and did a minimal clean. »

« We were a party of four and really appreciated the cleanliness and character of this home. The beds were comfy and the outdoor spaces wonderful. There’s two separate loving and dining areas to enjoy. We saw the resident black bear and enjoyed how close this was to various Asheville spots. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Beautiful property that makes you appreciate nature and a slow pace, all while meeting one’s needs for peace! Love this place! If you stay, you will meet Hook & Buddy the local snappers. You will hear the crow cry, the rooster welcome the morning, coyotes yip, and the mesmerizing sound of water. You may see a bear, bears, turkey, rabbits, and definitely fish…who will follow you…and beg for food. (They like Purina. Just saying.) Play a board game. How refreshing?! Eat at EVG. Baklava is a must...

« We did an extended 13 day stay and enjoyed the property immensely. Judy is easy to communicate with and she went out of her way to upgrade the wifi for us since we were working remotely. The grounds are beautiful for hikes, frisbee golf, or walking with dogs. We’ll likely return. »

« Very nice studio apartment with high end furnishings. Everything has been thought about and host leaves lovely snacks and drinks in the fridge for your stay. The hardest part was my husband and I fighting over the fifth cookie (thank you they were lovely!)… easy communication, enjoyed our stay, thank you! »

« The place is comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a large amount of decking outside to enjoy nature. Views are obscured by the trees in summer, I suspect Fall and Winter you can more clearly see mountains. The location is quick access to Swannanoa as well as I-40 to get to Black Mountain or Asheville. The owner was very responsive to questions and we will definitely plan to stay here again. »

« Our group had a great stay. Two families with children. The place was spacious and well equipped. Clean and convenient to Hendersonville, hikes, breweries and so many other activities. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have a place to make dinner and hang out at night after exploring the area during the day. The grill was a big plus, as was the amazing kitchen. Would stay here again! »
