« Hôtel de chaîne propre »

« Nice, dog friendly hotel in downtown Asheville. Professional staff, great location and convenient parking. The room was a bit cold but spacious and clean. Beds were okay, pillows too thick and lumpy. The only real negative was street noise: music from across the street, police sirens etc. We were on the 8th floor and the noise was really disturbing. We stayed in other hotels downtown Asheville and the noise has never been such an issue. »

« The hotel is great; the staff is professional and friendly. The restaurants need more variety; they are too expensive for the service and food they offer. »
