Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• A/C on the Upper Level Only
While the Upper Level of Magic on the Hill has central air, the main and lower levels do not. The home is usually kept very pleasant by the elevation, shade, and breeze.

• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING. Thank you!
