Cozy WAVL home with big fenced yard, screened porch

This is an adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a fenced in backyard and fully screened back porch that extends the space dramatically and lets the fresh mountain air inside. You’ll love the comfort, style, and coziness of our home. Whether you are grilling on the Blackstone, roasting marshmallows over the Solo Stove fire pit, playing ping pong in the garage, or practicing your piano skills downstairs, you’ve got plenty of activities for you and the whole family to have a good time.

Our home is located in west Asheville one block off of Brucemont Circle which is one of the most idyllic areas of west. You can easily walk to all that Haywood Rd has to offer and you have one of the easiest access points on and off the interstate without being too close.

Kitchen is fully stocked with Ninja appliances: blender, bullet blender, air fryer/pressure cooker; coffee gear; pots and pans; and all plates, bowls, saucers, and coffee cups are made locally in Asheville at East Fork Pottery.

We have listed this as a 3 bedroom because that is how we use, but to be overly clear: 2 bedrooms have real beds (1 queen and 1 king) the 3rd bedroom is a converted office space. The third bed is downstairs in its own space and is a top of the line air mattress. We have had so many guests stay with us and tell us how much they enjoyed their nights sleep on it, so we feel good listing this way, but we understand if you disagree!

There is one bathroom with a shower/tub upstairs and one bathroom with a standing shower downstairs. Part of the WAVL charm is our older homes- they’re not huge, but they hold a lot of love.

We are in the city so there are city noises.

There are stairs to get upstairs in the home where the main living space is located. Our home is not a good fit for younger children or older adults who may find stairs cumbersome. We have not taken any steps to childproof our home. Good news: it’s very adult friendly, and we are a 3 min walk from our local liquor store. :)
