• Mountain-road access: Roads approaching the home are steep, narrow, and winding, with tight turns. Roads are paved except for Indian Trail, a flat gravel section.
• Driveway: Paved with a steep slope.
• Winter travel: 4WD is recommended during winter weather.
• Cell service: Reception is poor at the home. Enable Wi-Fi calling to make and receive calls over the internet.
• EV charging: A Wallbox Pulsar Plus 48A, 240V Level 2 charger is located outside the garage. Tesla drivers should bring a compatible adapter.

This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made **within 5 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
