This beautifully appointed second floor apartment enjoys bespoke furnishings, amazing alpine views and flows onto outdoor balcony with outdoor furniture for those summer evenings. Fully equipped kitchen, and super comfortable dining and lounge spaces that would be perfect for couples or families.

It has one large master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and a twin room and full bathroom and is positioned on the 2nd floor within a secure building. The gas fireplace will keep you warm and cosy.
A local pizza cafe, restaurant/bar, the renowned Onsen Hot Pools and a bowling alley are located within a few steps from your door for your enjoyment.

Guests Access the apartment building via a security door with pin code and lift. There is a lockbox outside the apartment and you will receive the lockbox code 3 days prior to your arrival.

We are available on call between 8am and 9pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.

Awa apartment is located in Arthurs Point which is a short drive into downtown Queenstown. This is a residential area that has some local options for dining (Canyons Brewery, Raku Pizza) a bowling alley (inside the Swiss Bel Resort opposite the apartment complex) and the Onsen Hot Pools (right next door)

A car is the best way to see all the local attractions and is an easy drive to Queenstown or Arrowtown. There is a bus right outside the complex that can take bikes and cost just $2 per trip with a BEE card. These can be purchased from the main bus stop in Queenstown.
It is also worth noting that a lot of local tourist activities will pick up you from this area (bike and winery tours, ski shuttles, rafting etc)

Apartment worked well for us, clean and well set up. Very convenient to Coronet Peak skiing, not a lot to do in Arthurs Point itself but there are a couple of restaurants and its only a short drive to central Queenstown, Arrowtown or Frankton.

Great apartment, excellent location and beautiful views! The apartment was super clean, well stocked and easy to access. Nice to have a designated parking spot. Very easy access to Coronet Ski field. Easy enough access to Queenstown but also some dining close by. Great to have a back way to the airport, the stores off of Frankton Hwy, and even to the Remarkables, so you do not need to fight the Queenstown traffic.

This is a lovely, convenient apartment with everything we needed for two adults and 2 kids. Check in and all communication was super easy, the local restaurants are great and the view beautiful! The ski locker and easy parking is great and I highly recommend this place as a base for any Queenstown holiday. We would definitely stay again.
