« The property appeared to be a short-term apartment rental. It was bit worn, and cooking smell in the hall. Not what I've experienced at other VRBO or Air B &B. The furnishings were thrift shop-esque. The check-in process did not go well. We were given a combination for the building door that worked, but the combo for the door to the room did not. We contacted the property manager and they had a person there to help us in minutes. Once the room was accessed it appeared that it was occupied...

« We appreciated our stay at this unit! It was very thoughtfully equipped with all we needed, and it has a great mountain view. Abel was terrific in responding to a heating problem we had when we first got here, and he responded very quickly. One thing of note - this unit is upstairs with no elevator. I believe this is is explained in the listing, but if you're old like us or have physical issues, again like us, it's good to pay attention to the listing.Thank you again!Tom and Linda »

« The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner. »
