We had an issue with the TV remotes and she responded immediately and brought new batteries right away - her husband even FaceTimed with me to try to resolve it. (We ended up just manually turning on the TV.) This is a nicely appointed apartment in a working class neighborhood. It has all of the amenities you need. Nice kitchen. Washer and Dryer made this a good value for us. We have stayed in other places in the US with the same rating...

« It's "ok", i mean it's more like a bachelor pad, definitely not made for small kids, teenagers more like it. Took three hours for the bleach smell to leave the place when i checked in and the pillows were wet, there is only a queen bed in one room and a twin bed in the other. I think the couch is the futon? not sure. »
