Arrondissement d'Anchorage : recherchez des hôtels

« We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect. »

« comme toujours , le service est irréprochable »

« It was adequate. Very outdated and carpets were stained. It does NOT look like the pics they posted on their site. Upon checking out, we were charged $112 for taking showers, drinking 2 bottles of water supplied in the room, 2 cups of coffee made in the coffee maker in the room, and whatever other charges they decided to add. We checked out 2 days early. Imagine what other charges they would have created if we had stayed our entire trip! Never again and if you are wise, you will choose...

« Nice place, well heated and good price »

« Checkout time too early to enjoy things. Personnel under trained and really passive. The hôtel was correct but not really worth the price paid. »

« Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly...

« Our room was absolutely so quiet and every day we stayed the staff came early and made up our room and left fresh towels without ever being asked. That is so unusual anymore when staying in a motel. The breakfasts were very nice too and hot with a good selection of food. Definitely will be staying here again. »
