« Overall stay was nice; location was great and nice open concept proposer for family stay . I would have expected a little better kitchen accessories - dishwasher and stove; at least should have a mixer grinder as we could not make any shakes. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds. »

« I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always fantastic! My son just started at SJSU and this is a fantastic property to stay at because it’s close and it’s cool and comfortable. I’ll be back for sure. I’m sorry my pictures aren’t great but it’s all I have. The place is beautiful. »

« This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay. »

« We had a family trip to meet up with friends and families in the area. Perfect location and just exactly what we needed. Host was good at checking in before and after our stay. »

« If you don’t plan on staying at the location for very long and will spend most of the trip outside, then it’s a solid place to stay.That being said-We did not eat much there and only cooked once on the last day in the location, but we were still surrounded by ants.Every bed had ants around, but the worst was the one at the end of the hallway to the left of the entrance, many ants crawled on guests who slept.There was also a cabinet in the kitchen that was not properly attached that fell off...

« We had a good time in downtown San Jose. The neighborhood was quiet, with a school and community center nearby and a nice Mexican bakery truck a short distance walk away. The home had two spacious bedrooms and a nice living area that we could relax in after hiking. Would visit again! »

« We stayed here for a work onsite and we loved how comfortable it was to stay there. Comms with the host was seamless and the beds were so comfortable without killing your back. Would def stay here again! »

« It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

« Very clean well kept place in a good location and affordable sould stay again »

« The home was cozy, clean, with all the necessary amenities, easy in and out. Very nice backyard with a BBQ which we enjoyed. Parks, shops and entertainment within walking distance. Home located on a quiet street within the city underneath the flightpath of airport, which was all good. »

« Plenty of room and good setup for a work trip. Close enough to downtown to make getting to convention center an easy uber or bike ride. Great backyard to chill out in. And waaaay cheaper than a downtown hotel! »

2/10 Horrible

"Réveillé en pleine nuit par des bruits de canalisation nous faisant penser à un tremblement de terre qui étaient connus de l’hôtel. Nous avons du changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Le manager Mr C présent le lendemain nous a dit qu’il allait faire le nécessaire pour que nous soyons remboursé mais voilà cela fait maintenant 5 mois et nous n’avons rien. Cela est inadmissible vu l’hôtel…. "
