« Appartement super bien situé et tout neuf . À 3 min à pied du métro 3 qui dessert beaucoup de stations avec des changements pour les correspondances très pratiques pour aller partout dans la capitale . Quartier vivant avec pleins de commerces ouverts jusqu'à tard le soir. Maman avec un enfant j'étais tranquille même en rentrant tard le soir. L'appartement est super fonctionnel et bien équipé. Pour ma part le seul bémol est l'odeur d'humidité quand on rentre dû certainement au fait que l'immeuble...

« very nice location near canal st-martin. lots of bakeries, cafés and restaurant in the area. close to 4 metro stations. 20 to 30 minutes ride to attractions ( tour eiffel, monmartre, montparnasse, etc) only (small) problem: a/c wasn't working. fortunaty, weather was perfect, so the nights weren't too bad. »

« Even more lovely than the photos! Large apartment, well laid out, beautifully decorated. Walking distance to every place you want to be. We had 4 adults and 4 teens, it was just perfect. I would stay her every time I go to Paris. The only thing I would warn is I only got the check-in instructions the day before arrival. That made me a little nervous, but I can reassure future guest, that the host was responsive and did come through! Lovely, lovely, apartment. Highl recomend. »

« La description de l'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Le lieu est très bien situé et nous a permis de visiter Paris très facilement. Le logement était propre et très bien agencé avec tout le confort nécessaire (il manque juste un ou 2 tabourets d'appoint pour 3 ou 4 personnes). The apartment is well located near the metro, bakery, grocery stores and nice restaurants/bars. The apartment is probably a converted shop on the ground floor with a bedroom in the basement where what previously appears to be a large shop window has been rebuilt with panels.
