Arpajon : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

citizenM Paris Gare de Lyon

8/10 Bien

"Overall, everything was okay and the stay was pleasant. However, there were a few mix-ups with the booking, which of course can happen anywhere. What was a little strange was that even though breakfast had already been paid for and included, we were still asked to pay for an additional drink during breakfast. There seemed to be some confusion regarding what was included in the reservation. Nothing major, but I think the hotel could improve its internal communication to avoid these kinds of misunderstandings for guests."
