« Great spacious home, convenient to everything!! »

« Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? »

« Much more affordable to staying in a hotel with a family of five. Also great location, with access to major highways, and stores and restaurants close by. Owner responded quickly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would stay here again! »

« Our extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving. House perfect for large families and the kitchen is very well equipped and stocked for cooking. Neighborhood is slightly in transition but totally safe and super close to everywhere you’d want to be in Tampa. »

« This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret...

« Property was the perfect place to gather with friends. Everyone had a separate bed which is a huge plus for 11 grown men. We chose to bring in a chef one night to enjoy dinning onsite by the pool. Wonderful time, great memories! »

« We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. »

« This is one of our favorites! The location is ideal with easy access to Manatee Ave. The park has an incredible old pine tree and wonderful air off of the river. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We loved the garden area out back. Thank you for making this a nice home away from home. »

« Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. « Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. Most of the parking around the hotel is only 2 hour parking between 8 am -6 pm. There are parking lots within a 10-15 minute walk. After 6 pm you can park overnight...
