« It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! « A little gem. We had a lovely room overlooking the river. Beautifully decorated, nice furnishings, comfortable bad and bedding. It's a small inn with 11 rooms so no lifts and no miles of corridors (perfect for me). We had a very good dinner in the restaurant so there was no need to walk back into the city centre. Breakfast was very good, the hot food was served so freshly cooked rather than buffet. All staff were friendly and helpful. The free, convenient parking was a bonus. »
