I probably would never stay at the property again. Charged more than expect. And the quality of the room was not good. Just was not a good stay for the price.

This property has truly changed . It’s dirty and nothing really works . I called ahead and asked if jacuzzi was working they said yes . When I got here it wasn’t and pool was so dirty. Rooms are really old and toilet was not working , TV control was not working . When I arrived they told me there would be no hot water available till 7pm , when I had an event to be at at 5pm ..

I always have stayed at this hotel cuz it’s close walk to Disney . Also beds are comfortable. Lately the property has been declining. The jacuzzi never works and pool is dirty. I have brought it to the attention of the manager twice already . And it remains broken . Their faucets and toilets are in bad shape . They either leak or don’t work . This saddens me because this was always my go to hotel and now I have to search for another . Also carpet has been really dirty yams sticky 😝.

The staff was nice, the rooms were adequate. The walls were super thin so my guests and I could hear the kids next door all night. The carpet was damp and the beds were hard and springy

Sink was clogged and wouldn’t even drain from the holes (rather than the drain itself). Bugs and gross carpets. But it’s a cheap stay in a great location by lots of 24/7 or super open-late restaurants which is a plus! Felt safe, lots of light at night

The television had hardly any channels on it, there was no wash rags, the room service didn’t restock the coffee or make the bed for my second night stay. Next time around I would definitely go somewhere.

This hotel is in a convenient spot for Disneyland. It is close to toy story parking. It is near other hotels. Check in was so easy. The staff was very nice. However, our room was not the cleanest. There was still food left in the fridge from the previous people. And the soap was left out on the sink. The coffee pot still had coffee grounds in it. I informed the front desk at checkout and they said they would make sure they talked with their staff about it. Other than that our stay was great and I would stay here again. However, if I had another unclean room I will not.

I had stayed here before and I had a great stay rooms were clean and everything so I decided to book again. I stayed in the rooms upstair in which the room was very dirty the bathroom seemed like it wasn’t even cleaned at all. We decided to stay there after all just because we were at Disney most of the day and did not have time to look for something else. WORST DECISION of my like woke up with bites all over my body ended up finding out there was bed bite bugs in my bed .

It is located in a central location easy to walk around to get food. Room was ok could use a bit more cleaning as the nightstand and headboard of the bed were dusty. The place was also under construction.Over all its a ok place for a night's stay.

Great location close to Disneyland. Friendly staff, smooth check in and out. Lock on first floor window was broken and window didn’t seal closed properly which was unnerving. Door doesn’t have weather stripping and doesn’t seal so we heard everything even if it isn’t right next to your door. I didn’t sleep well for both nights with the amount of noise going on outside at all hours of the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper this probably won’t be a concern for you. Everything else was great!

Mi nombre es Jennifer Reyes, me hospede aqui del 30 de Abril al 3 de Mayo, viaje de la Ciudad de Mexico, para empezar llegue y se veia super bonito por fuera, esta la gasolina al lado, con tienda para comprar souvenirs, renta de coches a la vuelta, restaurantes, 2 farmacias y Disney a 1 cuadra. El servicio de recepcio fue rapido, eficiente y amable. Nos dieron nuestra llave de habitacion, habitacion limpia, camada super comoda, limpia, baño limpio, ME ENCANTO ♡ ♡ . Esta de 10, a super buen precio, lo mejor de lo mejor (': definitivamente voy a volver, los quiero ♡

The facilities are classic but very clean. About 25 minutes walk from Disneyland. Security is good. No breakfast, but Carl’s Jr and Convince store is 1 minute away from the hotel. Coin laundry is next door as well.
