Très belle hôtel situé à côté de Disneyland à distance de marche. Malheureusement ils ne font pas le ménage complet de la chambre. Ils font seulement le ménage de la salle de bain.

Hotel was within walking distance from Disney and priced well. Breakfast was well worth the money. Coffee was available to go. If you get a chance to swim the pool was warm and towels available on deck. Staffing was very friendly. Would be my first pick if and when I return.

This was our first stay here and we had a great time. It was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and relaxing . The restaurant on the many floor service was Great! The pizza was delicious. And the front desk service was very nice and helpful.Downtown Disney is walking distance. Overall we had a great stay. :)

We love this property as a hidden gem when visiting Disneyland. It's in a residential area that is much quieter than the craziness on Harbor Drive. It's only about a ten minute walk to Downtown Disney and there is rarely a wait to get through security.

WE STAYED AT THIS PROPERT WITH OUR TEENAGE SON SO WE COULD GO TO DISNEYLAND. IT WAS ONLY A 10-15 MIN WALK TO DOWN TOWN, WE DID THIS THE DAY BEFORE AND HAD LUNCH AND THE NEXT DAY FOR THE PARKS, WE DID TAKE AN UBER LATER IN THE DAY ONLY BECAUSE WE DECIDED TO GO BACK LATE. BUT THE HOTEL FOR THE PRICE WAS GREAT, GREAT STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY, RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL. QUIETE ROOM, AND WELL MAINATAINED.

I like the location of the property. It is just behind Mickey & Friends Parking. The location is safe & quiet. There is a Shell gas station that has a convenience store at the corner of S. Walnut St. & W. Ball Rd. The key cards are not working properly. I went to get a new set of cards and still tricky to open the door.

Please know that as an IHG hotel, complimentary breakfast is not something offered by Holiday Inn & Suites properties, though Diamond Elite Members do have a choice between perks of a breakfast for two or 500 points. Great price AND it's located next to Disneyland parking structure. Just pay to park at the hotel, and from the hotel, walk 10min to Downtown Disney and walk 4 more minutes, your at Disneylands or California Adventure entrance. The hotels breakfast is delicious and ALL YOU CAN EAT. I recommend you purchase the breakfast when you book your hotel room....it's cheaper. Also, the pool and jacuzzi are great after walking around Disney all day. Pool hours are 9am to 10pm. This will be my place to stay when I visit Disney, for value, convenience, and cleanliness!!!

The pictures did not match what the rooms looked like. We were in a nonsmoking room but it smelled like smoke. Staff was kind and switched our room.
