Généralement, dans les Hilton, on vit une expérience et on obtient de la qualité. Ce fut ma pire experience dans un Hilton. La chambre nécessitait une énorme mise à jour/ rénovation. La douche avait une fuite par le conduit de la douche téléphone. Mentionné et jamais réparé. Le robinet de l’evier était malfonctionnel et difficile à utiliser. Le lit était tellement vieux que nous sentions les ressors (et entendions) Bref. Le plus grand problème fut l’indifférence ressentie lorsque nous l’avons mentionné.

très déçu de mon séjour. Hotel cher, et prestations ne correspondants pas à la description qui est faite sur le site de hotels.com!! Cet établissement n'a pas de spa, la salle de sport est loin d'être exceptionnelle et il n 'y a pas non plus de sauna ou hammam; Le service et le personnel sont très désagréables (comptoir d'accueil, et concierge) il y a surement beaucoup mieux et moins cher à proximité!!

**DO NOT STAY HERE!!** this place is a nightmare, I am STILL waiting for my refund from the Hilton and Expedia. NO POWER for almost 3 days!! They lie, refuse to tell you the truth, don’t answer the phones and give you the runaround. I had an early checkin for my 10yr old son and I. This was his birthday present- going to Disneyland and what a joke this company is. We arrived and no Power except for the backup generators and emergency elevator- they had dollar store green glow sticks as lighting. The front desk employee stated the power just recently went off and would be back on shortly. Then I was told absolutely no early check ins and we would have to wait until 4pm. I am a single mother traveling out of state with my 10yr old son… they could care less. We checked our luggage in for them to hold- we had almost 5 hrs of NOTHING to do with no car. I called several times to what appears to be the local Hilton Anaheim hotel, but it’s just a switchboard call center who is completely worthless. When I was transferred to the Hilton Anaheim location- no one answered and repeatedly went to voicemail and it was full so you could not leave a message. When my son and I went back to the hotel around 4pm, still no power and the power went out at 5:15am! There was a riot, chair throwing, wall punching angry mob. My son was terrified and in fear of his life. I got us a new hotel with zero help from Hilton. They will not help you. It was so disturbing and so unsafe and scary. Terrifying

We stay here every time we go to Disney and it’s always a pleasant experience. Valet parking is nice but pretty pricey, I would self park- there’s plenty of spaces available in the parking garage and there’s elevators you can use that bring you down to the lobby if you park on the further end.

THERE WAS NO POWER AND THERES A HUGE DENTAL CONVENTION HAPPENING! You're a billion-dollar company worldwide and you don't have power in Anaheim California??? On the day you didnt have power, you moved our group which includes a sick person and a pregnant wife, to a hotel a third of a mile away! We booked a stay for 2 nights, next day, the hotel they moved us into kicked us out! NO ONE TOLD ME THAT THE SECOND HOTEL WAS JUST FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY! So back we went to you! We were tossed around in the middle of a convention! IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK IN HILTON EVER AGAIN HERE OR A YNWHERE IN THE WORLD!

First night the A/c in our room was out, so we had to switch to a 2 queen room because a king wasn’t available. They gave us a room with a balcony that was so disgusting with a view of the parking lot. The balcony had carpet on it that was peeling off. Then the second morning we woke up the power was out. We went to the parks that day and got home and the power was still out… the only option was to drive 30 minutes to a different hotel when we were leaving in the morning anyways. So after being at the parks all day we drove all the way home through the night because our room had no power and cold water

I liked the proximity to the convention center. I did not like that my significant other and I had to consider going to our gym to shower. We could not take a luke warm shower or properly prepare for the event . This was the longest outage that i have ever been in , including in "3rd world "countries. If we were going to be awaken by a loud speaker, at least give updates on the status of the situation or even better direction on where to go. especially if thr concierge was probably inundated with calls

Room was very dim and unclean. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which was in the bathroom - idk how they expect people to charge their phones? Also, the staff were rude in general.

My husband and I did not enjoy this hotel. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. The rooms were very dark they only had lamps no ceiling lighting. They wanted to charge us $30 for early check in even though our room was ready. Their pool area was nice and clean. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good and the service was good in there as well.

Hotel was good. Huge DECA convention so a ton of loud kids running up and down the halls at times. ART was completely unreliable for getting to Disneyland. We ended up making the 20 min walk nearly every time because buses were not running or just came down to the round about and left without coming to the stop in front of the hotel. Would seriously reconsider staying here if the bus is part of your Disney plan.

We understand how frustrating it can be when transportation plans are disrupted, especially when traveling with children.While we have no control over the ART system itself, we can offer some alternative solutions for future guests who may be interested in visiting Disneyland. We do have a concierge desk that can assist with arranging taxi service or ride-sharing options. Additionally, for those who are comfortable walking, the distance to Disneyland is indeed only about 20 minutes.We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share it with the appropriate channels to see if there are any improvements that can be made regarding communication about ART reliability.We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future, perhaps during a time when there aren't any large conventions.

The lobby is the only updated part of this hotel. There are stains all over the room carpet. The patio set on our balcony was missing parts and the carpet was lifted and scraped off in different areas. The furnishings are scratched up and dingy. The shower had poor water pressure. For the price you pay it isn’t worth it. The highlight of the hotel is it’s location. That and the housekeeping, they kept things stocked for us and did a great job with our room and were friendly and respectful of our things. Room service also came like it was door dashed from somewhere else? Just pay to stay somewhere else if you want to be able to relax in a place that feels clean and welcoming. These rooms aren’t it.

The place is worn down, you can tell it’s been a while since it had any improvements. The rug in the room wasn’t as clean as though would like, the place in between the night stand and the wall had gummy bears and napkins from previous guests

We chose to stay at this Hilton as an alternative to options we’ve selected for Disneyland trips in the past. As a Hilton member I was frustrated that my status wasn’t worth anything since I’d booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, our first room smelled of mj. The front desk was able to quickly move us to another room, but the neighbor to that room spent the night screaming at someone over the phone…3am, 4am, 5am…good news is that I was up and ready for an early day at Disney as a result. It’s great that they have a Starbucks on premises, but the food at the Starbucks is HIGHLY inflated. Our Turkey Bacon sandwich was twice was it normally costs outside the hotel…we wondered why we had to reload the app several times. Two drinks and two sandwiches was more than our normal reload amount. The hotel itself is nice, the beds comfortable, the amenities supplied are great. Transportation to and from the park is fairly easy and reliable. You have to buy passes which sometimes they check and sometimes they don’t. Be aware that the shuttle back only operates until 30 minutes past closing of the park. I think this hotel is probably fine for most things, but I won’t use it again for Disneyland. I also will likely book direct through Hilton to be able to use my benefits.

No doubt the worse experience I have ever had. Due to mechanical failure we had to switch room three times in less than 24 hours. By the time we got the third room the fridge didn't work. Management was of no help. They have very limited dining and the food taste like Denny's food. I will never stay with Hilton again.
