Great house, wonderful for a family
We stayed for a week, 3 adults and 3 children. The house was spacious, clean and had great amenities. The kids loved the toys and games available, and of course the pool! Us adults enjoyed having a full kitchen to work with and laundry available. We had no issues during our stay.

Fantastic
This was the perfect property for our group and our Disneyland adventure. We easily walked back and forth to Disney twice a day. In the afternoons we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The owners were attentive and answered all of our questions before, during and after the process. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Place to stay
We went down for a family vacation and the house was wonderful. Just what we needed 5 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minutes from Huntington Beach. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. We will definitely come back.

Quiet house near Disneyland
Our family of six stayed in for 5 days while visiting LA. We were looking for something within walking distance of Disneyland and that had space for our kids to play on off days. This house met those needs well. The pool and hot tub in the back were very nice to use. It was still a little cool for swimming in Feb, but the pool heat made it work when the sun was out. The kitchen and dining area were large and nice to use. The rec room was also a hit with our kids. Things that might be useful for future visitors: - Disneyland Resort is walkable, but in the 20-30 minute range. - Quiet hours are 10pm-9am, and no outdoor activities (like the hot tub) are allowed then. - No parking on the street, but the driveway has enough space for multiple vehicles. - There are several food options, grocery stores, Target, Starbucks, etc all within a short drive. - The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out was smooth.

Great stay
As advertised. My boys (ages 7 and 11) loved the pool and swam in it every day. Relatively easy walk to Disney, although we found Uber to be very convenient so used that most of the time. Would recommend to families for sure.

Perfection!
The house, the amenities, and the location were absolute perfection! We were in town for a Disneyland wedding and were so very happy that we chose this house. It was cozy, and fun, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were surprisingly close to shopping and the parks. We could not have been happier!

Great location but a caution to parents
We found this home to be overall comfortable and well equipped for guests. The home is very well maintained and incredibly clean and the beds were comfortable. But we did find some things to keep in mind for people traveling with young or neurodivergent children. We knew we wanted a pool on property so I looked specifically for a home that had a fenced pool. Upon arrival I was both disappointed and frightened to find that the fence pictured is hardly more than a small slowdown for curious children. The gate latches on the outside with a simple lift latch at eye level for toddlers, the fence joins with a low stone fence that’s easily climbable for young ones and T he fence doesn’t even continue all the way to the property fence but rather stops at a tree leaving walking space around to the pool. Now this all wouldn’t be too much of an issue if there were safety measures put on the doors leading outside. There are 3 doors leading to the backyard and not one of them has child locks. In fact one of them is the kind of door you can open from the inside even when it’s locked. I will say I didn’t think to contact the owners to remedy this during our time there. My rating and review reflects the current safety condition of the home not the responsiveness of the owners as I didn’t reach out. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt the home was lacking in updates and that for a home boasting its amenities for children, child safety was lacking.

Fantastic Family Vacation!
A great home base for our CA adventure. Quiet, comfortable, easy walk to Disney where security & entrance were a breeze! Entering on Magic Way through Downtown Disney was definitely the way to go. Pool, games, and tv. at the house rounded out our downtime. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

House was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The walk to Disneyland was a little far for our group, so we Uber'd to Downtown Disney. This was the best option, the security checkpoint offered no line at all compared to the main entrance which was a 45 minute wait. The Uber was about $10 per ride. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! I am a huge Disney adult and finally took my family of 9(kids 4,6,6,16,17) to Disneyland for the first time. It was just a short 12 minute walk to the Disneyland hotel or 25ish minutes to downtown Disney monorail. By the third day of our trip, we were using uber($6-$18 per trip)! The backyard was so awesome. Great grill! The hot tub was hot! Pool was warm(totally worth the extra money)! My girls loved the princess dresses too! Such a nice touch. We took break around 2pm and came home to swim. Turned around and went back to the parks. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property!

all good except we paid to have pool heated. we arrived Sunday and pool wasn't warm enough to use until late Monday, and we checked out Wednesday am, so really only had use of pool for day and a half but paid for three days

Amazing property close to Disney.
It was a little cold when we came out but that didn’t keep the kids out of the pool. They have a perfect setup walking distance from Disney. Grill was nice, pool and hot tub were awesome. Overall large rental, close to Disney, clean, easy to check in and out. Loved our stay and will be looking for another chance to sneak away and go there.

What a great home, and hosts. We were there with our 3 year old daughter and her grandparents for 2 days at Disneyland and this house was perfect. Quick drive to Disneyland, quiet neighborhood, and perfect house. Well equipped, clean, and spacious. It was a great place to start our day, and end the day. We would rent this house again- and hopefully will.

Beds comfy and pool great. Loved the playroom. Host great. Small reasonable chores at checkout that were easy to do—would definitely stay again. Close to Disney. Easy communication with host. Had everything we needed for two adults and our three kids plus two grandmas. One grandma even slept in bunk room with kids and said the bed was comfortable!

We stayed here during our family’s first trip to Disneyland and loved unwinding at the beautiful pool and teaching our 5 year old how to play table hockey. The couch was so comfortable and great for relaxing and visiting.

Our stay here was great. This home has everything going for it, only about a mile from Disney, and quick access to the freeway for beaches and Universal. A well appointed kitchen and lots of activities for kids. The owners include beach gear and pool toys. The pool alone was worth the stay after busy sightseeing days we could not get our kids out. Great Location & the property has everything you need but.......
We were unable to locate the property the night we arrived, google maps sent us to the wrong street, I contacted the owners and was told abruptly to use google maps - not helpful. On our first day we received an email to say we had to water the garden at least twice a week, remote controls had to be returned to exact location, put washing on & dishwasher before we left - we are on holiday and paying for property to be serviced after we left why!!!. A neighbour emailed owners to say we had not put away a bin (transpires the gardener put a bin out - 9.30pm at night I was working out which bin was ours as there were a number) it would have been nice to be texted to say would you mind putting a bin away when you get home and not TOLD - felt being watched by neighbours ... not comfortable. Be careful with the pool - no depths recorded - at left end of the pool, I am just under six foot tall and I could not touch the bottom of the pool which meant for children to safely play they can only use half the pool. On the positive side - great location and neighbourhood, 15mins, if that to walk to Disney - nice walk.

Perfect Disney Vacation Home!
We have stayed at this home before, and are still very impressed with its location, cleanliness, and amenities. The pool and hot tub are both lovely and the neighborhood is peaceful and super close to Disney. It is also easy to explore other areas of Orange County if you so desire. Great home at a reasonable price. We went with a group of adults but it is very kid-friendly with game, toys, and a super cute Mickey themed room.

Loved the property and amenities. It was a nice place to come back to at the end of the days. We walked to Disney the first day but took Uber's the rest of the time. It was just a little too far to walk for the two youngest children. We would definitely book this property again if we will be in the area. We could see the Disney fireworks show from this home also!
