Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to see that your last experience with us was not up to the standard that you are used to from us.
Due to our ALL Safe certification, we have indeed been forced to remove various amenities to ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues.
As to the loudness of the guests in our garden, I can only offer our sincerest apologies. This issues has been addressed internally to ensure that it does not happen again, as we now closed the garden as of 8PM. We had not done this, as we were only required to close our restaurant and bar by 8:00 PM. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience. As you can imagine we are delighted to welcome guests back after a difficult year. We also hope to be able to welcome you back and to provide you with the experience that you have been used to in the past.

I am quite surprised to read your review and the score you have provided your hotel experience with us. Our Front of House manager, Jodie, as well as her team have been of assistance during your stay to aid you at the best of our ability regarding the incident which has happened in the Qpark public parking garage nearby our hotel.
As you have mentioned during your stay, Qpark is not affiliated with our hotel and we are not liable for any matters which occur at the parking garage. As you are our guest, we have been in contact with the Qpark team to escalate your complaint.
I am very sorry that this incident has occurred and has affected your experience negatively. I do hope the efforts of our team to help with contacting companies for towing and fixing your, as well as offering a later checkout to sort your departure, have been appreciated by you.

I am very happy to read that you enjoyed our convenient location in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of many attractions as well as a tram stop across the street to take you anywhere you would like to go! It is unfortunate to read that our room size did not meet your expectations. As we are located in a monumental building – the previous headquarters of Dutch newspaper ‘De Tijd’ – we have different room categories with different sizes. The design of our open bathroom allows us to offer our guests a more spacious feeling in the room. Some of our rooms do feature a closed bathroom. Our reservations and reception team would be happy to help you to find which room fits with your desire!
