Not a professional hotel.
Not a professional hotel. I had booked a stndard room with breakfast through hotels.com. Despite this I was asked to pay for breakfast. I tried to reason with the fromt office staff that my booking shows breakfast and showed them the booking but they did not accept it. Even hotels.com staff communicated with them but they were adamant on their stance that the booking does not include free breakfast. Had to pay eventually for breakfast.

It was most most probably a good hotel in it's hay day but know it needs to be ressurrected or laid to rest.....

Amazing hotel at reasonable rates
Great room and service. The hotel is located on Mall road and is quite near to Lawrence road which has lots of food and shopping options. Recommended for both family and business travelers incl. budget conscious travelers

깨끗하고 친절한 숙박
숙소는 여러모로 좋았으나 황금사원과 거리가 멀어서 불편한점이 있었으나 가격대비 조식이 좋았으며 친절하였음

These people are thieves- BEWARE!
Had already paid through Expedia yet the hotel ended up charging my card again saying Expedia only took holding deposit on the card. Still waiting on a refund. Terrible handling of the situation by Expedia and the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Awful hotel, do not stay here, there is the holiday inn or hyatt. I booked 3 rooms for family on the 4th floor, the floor was still not finished and dust and debris everywhere. I complained and said we needed other rooms, I already was getting hives. The manager said he would send cleaning teams up to the floor to do the rooms and common areas. Still filthy when we returned but too late to change rooms. One night only a complete shambles, don't risk it. Food at hotel was awful to and they don't serve alcohol, which given the state of the hotel, they should.

The place really needs to get their act together. Everyone seems to be learning their act at our expense. Would not recommend to anyone unless they have no other option.

It was average.
Average. Room was full of disturbance from side room. You have ask repeatedly for any service.
