« Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wenn auch etwas dunkel. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstück. Konnten bereits am Vormittag einchecken, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Wellness-Bereich ist etwas verwinkelt und verteilt. War jedoch in Ordnung. Klare Empfehlung! »

« The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...
