« This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip »

« Dit is geen goedkoop hotel (hadden halfpension) dus onze verwachtingen waren hoog. De kamers zijn goed en schoon. De wellness is fantastisch, aan alles is gedacht en het is schoon. Het eten is goed maar niet bovengemiddeld. Wat ons heeft gestoord is het niveau van gastvrijheid. Misschien mag je daar niet te veel van verwachten in een groot hotel als dit maar in Oostenrijk zijn we gewoon anders gewend. Diner wordt in razend tempo geserveerd, het afbouwen van het buffet (ochtend en avond) begint...

« The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« Desde el momebtobque entramos al cuarto era obviobque olia a cigarro. No hay nadie en recepcion que pueda ayudar. Al otro dia nonquisieron cambiarnos el cuarto y solo despues de quejarnos con expedia y con la administracion ofrecieron cambiarnos pero pagando la limpieza de 100 euros por el primer cuarto. El 3 dia no funcionaba la chapa y nuevamente como no hay personal en la recepcion no pudieron darnos una solucion. Se tuvo que saltar mi hijo por la ventana del primer piso para abrirnos desde...

« We loved staying here! The apartment was very spacious; very clean, and nicely decorated for the holiday season. There were lots of towels available, kitchen was well stocked; games available for sharing. The hosts were very gracious and helpful -- provided tips on best ski slopes that would be available for an early December visit. We would love to go back. »

Leider gab es beim Check In einen Schreckmoment als nach Eingabe des Schlüsselcodes sich zwar eine Tür öffnete aber darin kein Schlüssel enthalten war. Zum Glück hat ein kurzer Anruf (während der Öffnungszeiten) die Herausforderung lösen können. »

"Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok. Leider konnte ich kein Wienerschnitzel bestellen da der Koch keine Schnitzel serviert. Ins zweit Restaurant durften wir nicht essen gehen da wir Halbpensioun gebucht hatten.Wenig Flexibilität innerhalb der Restauration. Das Wellnes ist angenehm genauso wie das Fitness. Leider fand meine vorab gebuchte Gesichtsbehandlung nicht statt da ich 20 Minuten nach vereinbarter Zeit nicht weiter warten wollte.Die Kosmetikerin war bis dahin noch immer nicht erschienen und man konnte mir nicht sagen wann sie endlich erscheinen würde. Eine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung bekam ich leider nicht, weder von der Sparezeption noch von der Rezeption vom Hotel."
