Nature enthusiasts can wander through RSPB Minsmere (8 miles), a renowned bird sanctuary teeming with wildlife. The charming village of Thorpeness (3 miles) is a must-visit with boat hire on the mere, a golf course and a lovely beach. Starting on the upper floor, find the well-appointed kitchen/diner which benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to the skylights overhead and the balcony doors which you can open to let the fresh Suffolk air flow in. The kitchen offers everything needed to cook up a group feast, while the scenic dining table has space for all. After food, walk through the hallway, past the cloakroom and into the fantastic living room – the social heart of the home. The star of the show in this impressive room are the huge, bi-fold doors that reveal breathtaking countryside views and access to the expansive veranda. Relax in the lounge’s sumptuous seating after days of rural adventure, flick on the Smart TV or simply enjoy your peaceful surroundings. When day turns to night, head downstairs to the ground floor where four chic, spacious bedroom await. Two beautiful, king-size bedrooms both offer en-suite shower rooms, while two super-king-size rooms are served by the well-appointed family bathroom and can be converted to twins on request thanks to their zip-and-link beds.
