Nob Hill Home w/ Private Yard!

Indulge in the epitome of a desert retreat with this radiant vacation home. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence is perfect with its comfortable interior and sunlit patio. Take a 10-mile drive to enjoy the Balloon Fiesta Park or take a jaunt over to the array of shops and restaurants on Central Ave. No matter what sort of adventure you’re looking for this charming abode is guaranteed to please.

A private fenced-in front yard is rare in Nob Hill. Enjoy the large backyard, patio, firepit, and grill.

Inside the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom also has a desk to work and office chair to work at and access to a washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, fresh press, tea kettle, and cooking ware. There is another workspace in the kitchen to work at. The living room has a smart tv with access to YouTube TV and various streaming services. The house has gigabit internet which is available over Wi-Fi or a wired Ethernet connection.

Nob Hill is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants on Central Avenue. Nob Hill offers a Walk Score of 73 out of 100 (Very Walkable) and a Bike Score of 86 out of 100 (Very Bikeable). Centrally located in Albuquerque near I-25 and I-40. Close to major hospitals such as Presbyterian and UNM. 4.4 miles to Old Town and 10 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park.

Free parking available in the driveway (fits.2 vehicles) or on the street. Local bus stops nearby. 3.5 miles from the airport.

We all had a very nice time in this home. Home was clean and good location for where we needed to be. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time playing games every evening. Definitely would recommend.

Love Nob Hill & ABQ

We stayed in this house a total of nine nights, and it was everything we could have hoped for - and more. The house included all the amenities that travelers might need, and was well-provisioned with amble bedding, towels, shampoo etc, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies including utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, plus spices for cooking. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The yard is very nice, but it was pretty chilly while we were there (in January) so we didn't spend a lot of time out back. Nob Hill is a nice neighborhood in ABQ and we always felt safe walking, day or night. The house is within easy walking distance of businesses on Lomas Blvd, and Central Avenue with all its unique shops and restaurants is just minutes away. New Mexico is a beautiful state, and Albuquerque is perfectly situated for day trips to the Sandia Mountains to the east, Manzano Mountains to the south, Jemez to the north, and many other amazing places. We love the Land of Enchantment!

Just like home

We have stayed here twice when visiting family. This is the neighborhood where i grew up so it is super convinent to family. The house is wonderful for the 3 of us and it is cozy and you feel welcome in the house.

Balloon Festival & family reunion

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was exactly as described. It even had comfortable beds, ample towels, bottled water in the fridge, fresh flowers on the table and plenty of outdoor seating. The hosts were very responsive to any of my correspondences. We had a fantastic time.

Stayed with 2 more friends for Tennis League Sectionals. We had our own room, place is very nice and roomy. Location is close to restaurants, and supermarket and tennis venue. My friend is coming back with her family. Even better with discount if you are repeat, great incentive.

Location, Location, and location!

To start the hosts are amazing. Daris Reno is awesome, from communication to restaurants she was so helpful. She checked on us throughout the stay. This home is centrally located and humble coffee right around the corner is wonderful. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. We never felt unsafe or unwanted. You are a 3-5 min drive from Central (Route 66) and all the restaurants and bars in Nob Hill. The home is very nice and updated. Wifi is great and two people can work from the home. Master bath is spa like. Be careful with the shower. Hot means hot in this one. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and there is a very nice gas grille outside. The yard is secure and large, our dogs loved it. There is a nice pooper scooper in the yard to make clean up easy. This house was stocked with TP and paper towels, other properties I have had to go get paper towels. There are string lights outside to light up the yard. Minor nit-picky things, the water pressure in the hall bath is a little low, but common in older homes. There is a bench as the end of the king bed in the master that will bite your chin and stub your toes. The is only one TV in the house, grab the remote early! One thing which was noted and you should be aware of is there are three steps to get into the house. They are not large or an issue. I have had knee replacement and did fine and the steps were not an issue. We will absolutely stay here again!
