« Our family got to spend in the area and see a few highlights in Pensacola. We had our dog and this property having a fenced yard made it a slam dunk for our group. We would stay again. Our host Matt was prompt in communicating and friendly. We would stay longer on our next trip! »

« This manufactured home is well maintained & very clean. It is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negatives are the couch cushions need to be replaced & sand needs to be cleaned out of the hot tub. »

« The property was absolutely beautiful! The pool and beach were a short distance from the cottage. The staff was very attentive. We had a small AC issue that was resolved promptly! We will be back! »

« This was the perfect house for our trip! More than enough sleeping space for our 4 adults and 5 kids, right across the street from beach access. Right next to the neighborhood pool was a huge plus! Easy to run in for bathroom breaks or to refrigerated items. Check in was simple, house was clean, property manager was a text or phone call away and replied almost immediately. We have nothing bad to say about this property! »

« Easy walk to public beach, shops nearby. Very clean and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. »

« Perfect location. Clean. Well stocked. Bedrooms need black out curtains though since outside light is very bright and on all night. »

« When we first got to the beach house, we thought, well this is small, its going to be a tight fit. We had 2 adults, a 17 year old boy, a 13 year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. We brought an air mattress, but the couch was comfortable enough for my daughter to fall asleep on it most night & we stayed 6 days. While it was a snug fit, it was EXTREMELY accommodating. « Great location and ocean view. Was with in walking distance to most restaurants and souvenir shops. Access to the beach was easy and not overly crowded. Our Condo was very welcoming and comfortable during the stay. »

« Impressive from opening the door. I hadn’t taken a vacation/trip in several years and just wanted a place where my kids, acquaintance and I could relax and not have to worry about where we would stay. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Very clean, all amenities we needed and most of all, peace. I would highly recommend booking this place. »
