« The condo was fantastic. Lots of space and being on the ground floor was so convenient for being at the pool. The grounds were well maintained and the infinity pool was awesome. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again »

« This property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was away from the hustle and bustle and encouraged us to unplug and live in the moment. We used the pool and beach daily. So nice to have the balance of the pool and the ocean. A/C works well in bedroom and a great breeze comes through for the rest of the condo. Daily housekeeping is a great perk and the walk to Midway Food Store is short and easy to get some supplies. We would definitely stay here again. It was fabulous! »

« There are many places to stay in Akumal, but as a couple, this was perfect for us. The place was always cleaned everyday, and the grounds were also clean. We wanted a place we could have a private getaway, but a great oceanfront view. Some may complain of the palm trees that block a portion of the ocean, but we thought they added to the view. Most days on the beach it was hard to count a handful of people you could see. The deck was quite large, with plenty of privacy. The lighting at night was...

« Villas de Rosa was as advertised. Our stay was excellent and the daily housekeeping was great. Tony is always there for anything you need. Room, pool and Beach Service was a added plus! It’s a little ways to town, but that keeps it nice and quiet. A hr walk or the collectivo are inexpensive ways to town. The taxis are expensive, but it’s the same up and down the east coast. »

« My Family really enjoyed our stay. Tony and staff took good care of us! Essentials were provided like TP, paper towels, soaps, coffee & supplies, fresh towels & beach towels (very much appreciated)! « The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!! »

« Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service. »

« The property was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It is great to be so close to see and hear the water right from the condo. We loved snorkeling in Half Moon Bay and Yal Ku. The location is perfect - a nice walk to everything in Akumal. The sargassum seaweed was just starting to pile up - hopefully nature will help it subside in the coming years. Thank you for sharing your awesome condo!! »

« We had a great time during our stay. Tony is attentive, present, and responsive; the rooms were clean and had everything we needed; and the room service food was convenient, reasonable, tasted great, and was presented well. This is a great place, on the beach, that doesn't have the crowds of the larger resorts, just what we were looking for. We definitely will return. »

"We had numerous issues Security i had a live scorpion that climb my arm while reaching for my clothes on a shelf The staff ride their golf cart around the property really fast and twice my wife and i had to go on the grass while the golf cart drive without slowing down on the path The documentation mention elevator but ours was not working and our room was on the third floor On the first day they had to ask everyone to come out of the pool because someone pooped in it We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle but it never came and the property is quite large On the positive side room were clean other then critters like scorpions The food in the was pretty good And the options on the buffet were quite interesting And the staff other then the one driving the golf cart were all very nice and friendly Special mention to the barman in the bar the black sheep that went above and beyond to put our playoff NHL temp on the big screen "
