Welcome Angela. You are correct. We are self-contained apartments. I'm sorry if Hotels.com advertised something different. Especially if they are advertising us to have a bar and restaurant. This I can follow up with our sales team and have it amended. Our reception team are available 8-6pm, 7 days a week. There is an afterhours team on call should there be any emergency. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were mislead by Hotels.com

Apon check in the staff should have explained the starter kit of complimentary amenities aren't replaced daily. This I will follow up on. Kindest regards.
