Our luxury, beachside retreat is a mix of modern coastal styling incorporating light and airy colours and timber floors, true to the traditional Hamptons style.
We love nature, design, art & comfort; we've designed each space with intent, creating a pleasurable experience for your senses, from visual aesthetics, textured fabrics to comfy spaces to inhabit & inhale the smell of the fresh sea air. Can you taste the salt on your lips already? The ocean is calling.
Beautiful spaces are meant to be enjoyed. Beginning with your arrival at the Esplanade you'll park undercover and have a choice of three bedrooms to choose from. The two main bedrooms boast enviable sea views and each have a comfy queen bed, whilst the quiet rear bedroom is appointed with two bunks, equally comfortable single and double beds.
After unpacking you'll want to head to the balcony to check out the 180 degree coastal views from the Esplanades large covered balcony situated on the top floor. You'll find an outdoor dining setting for eight and a Ziegler & Brown BBQ. Cook up a storm, enjoy a locally sourced wine and then relax to soak in the long nights made for star gazing, great conversations while the sea rumbles along. For the cooler seasons we have a plentiful supply of warm, soft throws for you to huddle under too.
There's so much to enjoy. Our kitchen is equipped for even the most discerning foodie. Integrated appliances, induction stovetop, stone bench tops & a breakfast bar. Plenty of cookware, crockery, utensils & everything you'll need to create delicious culinary delights. We really don't like it when there aren't sufficient plates, mugs, bowls, cutlery, glassware or serving ware when we go on holidays, so if you stay at the Esplanade that certainly won't occur.
The spacious open plan lounge room features a large inviting leather sofa with occasional chairs & cushions and rug while soaking the colours & moods of the ocean. Open up two massive slider doors & sit on the sofa to enjoy the changing hues of the sea. Coffee & side tables, entertainment unit, loads of sofa cushions and throw rugs, a large smart TV & a superior cool sound system will cater for your every whim.
For beach days we've got everything covered too. Beach shelter, cotton beach towels, fold up chairs, beach games & a tow along beach-buggy for all your gear located in the private storage area in the garage. When you're heading home after a swim & want to wash off the salt water & sand at the esplanade showers, then drop back the beach gear and just enter the property from the rear entrance.
For those much needed stay at home rest & recover days we have you well catered for too. We have board and card games including Connect 4.
For times when tech is your go to for rest, with free wifi you can log into your favourite TV shows on any of the three Smart TV's, music & podcasts for at home entertainment too.
Feel like a long soak in a hot bath? You'll have access to the deep bath tub to ease your tensions away. The main bathroom also has a rainfall shower & toilet.
Want to keep up your healthy exercise routines? After a swim, beach walk or run and you might want to cool down and stretch; take the time to do some deep breathing and listen to the sound of the sea in the background.
The other stuff that is also pretty important; two toilets, a washing machine & dryer, for parents with babies we have an high chair & a port-a-cot.
You have access to a secure undercover car park with two tandem car spaces on the property. There is also plenty of free parking all along the street and in front of the building.
Check in is from 3:00 PM and you will be given a code to the lock box. So anytime after 3:00 PM you can check in at your leisure.
Norfolk Island pines dominate the foreshore of this popular beachside town, which is noted for its summer swimming, year-round fishing, snorkelling and coastal walks.
Moana is also one of the few SA beaches where vehicles can access the beach during the summer months.
Moana Beach is located less than 40 Kilometres south of the city of Adelaide. It is an ideal base for exploring the many attractions along the Fleurieu Peninsula and right on the doorstep of the McLaren Vale Wine Region famous around the world for award winning wines.
Adjacent to Moana Beach, a beautiful beach popular for surfing enthusiasts and those wanting to pack up the car and drive right up to the water's edge for a fun day with the family. The beach is also patrolled by the Lifesaving Club over the summer months.

The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.
A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned. HOUSE RULES
Please be mindful that while you are on holiday, you are still located in a residential neighbourhood where members of households may need to attend work, study or social responsibilities. We ask that you abide by all of the following rules during your stay:
NOISE LEVELS Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am on weekdays and from 12 am -8 am on weekends. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.
PARKING You must abide by all parking regulations and rules during your trip. Please ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or neighbours when your vehicles are parked.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCES Smoking is prohibited inside of the property, however, you are free to smoke using the outdoor dining area so long as all of your ashes and all buds are disposed of properly. Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly. No illicit substances are permitted on the property.
PETS Pets are not permitted.
BREAKAGES If you notice or create and breakages, please contact us immediately so we can address this. Accidents happen which we all understand, however, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.
LATE CHECK OUT Our cleaners are on a busy schedule. If they arrive and you have not checked out there will be an additional charge of $100 per hour.
IDENTIFICATION We require a copy of photo ID prior to arrival. We do not store or share your ID.
LOST KEYS If you lose the keys then you will be charged for replacement. If you lock yourself out of the property there is a $100 call out fee.
