Perfectly Positioned in Mile End
It will become a `Common Occurrence` that you choose to stay in this well positioned, well appointed 3 bed, 2 bathroom home right across the road from the famous Mile End Common.
Boasting a large modern kitchen, which is next too the spacious dining room, sitting room and lounge area, all with beautiful hard word floors and views out to the greenery outside.
Two queen bedrooms, one with ensuite and a generous double single room make this a perfect base for couples or a small family to enjoy all Adelaide has to offer!
Just a quick 10-minute car trip into the city to watch the footy or enjoy the zoo, with plenty of taxis and ubers servicing this area. A 35-minute walk will also get you right into the city centre.
Back at the house you can enjoy the playground and open space right across the road, with the Mile End Common just outside your door. There is plenty of car parking on the street as well.
Inside, to make you stay even easier, we have supplied all the linen and towels, along with basic cooking and serving needs.
A split system air conditioner will keep you cool or warm depending on the season. Two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet and vanity means everyone has the space they need to get ready for that night on the town!

Our home is in a residential neighbour hood, so we ask people to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.
While there is a split system a/c in the main part of the home, the ducted vents are not operational.
Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.
