An epic sunset surprise layered by golden sand, boardwalk strolls, and moments to the buzz of a world-known locale full of eateries, cafes, boutique browsing, and instant connection to miles and miles of stunning beaches, north and south. This contemporary 3-bedroom oceanview apartment offers the perfect escape for those seeking a relaxing beachfront getaway. Couples, families, or friends would all be comfortable here, indulging in the charm of this divine local hot spot in Glenelg South. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, this oceanfront sanctuary offers the ideal base to experience it all.
The Space:
Laden in crisp whites and tile flooring, this newly renovated apartment boasts a chic modern kitchen with all-electric cooking appliances, a central dining area overlooking the ocean, perfect for downing fish and chips, brunching on the run, or pouring a fine local Pinot Gris bound for the balcony, and an epic sunset.
Here you'll also spy passersby, locals pounding the pavement with their dogs and kids, or the friendly local seal having a splash in the shallows, all all from the privacy and security of a perfectly positioned terrace.
Fittingly, the fresh and chic sparkling bathroom is a light-filled and fully tiled ensemble, including a rain shower over bathtub, WC, storage-equipped vanity. There is alsp a hidden European laundry in the hallway to get those swimmers washed for a morning dip.
Split system reverese cycle air conditioning comforts the main bedroom space; the three well-proportioned bedrooms provide ample space and comfort, featuring two queen beds and two single beds (with the option of making the singles into a king). The main and second bedrooms also have ceiling fans, and the third bedroom has a pedestal fan. Each bedroom is neatly dressed and caters to the needs of travellors for business or leisure.
So you can travel light, we supply body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, except for a locked storage cupboard.
Please note, the apartment is accessible by STAIRS ONLY, and there is no elevator. The apartment is on the second (top floor), with approximately 30 steps from the ground to the top floor.

You’ll never forget the scent or the sound of the sea here – nor will you want to – and exploring this affluent character suburb is worth it.
Do as the locals do; grab breakfast at the Broadway Kiosk, trundle north along the boardwalk to the infamous Stamford Grand Hotel or follow the majestic pines inland to the locally loved Mediterranean Café, Le Paris Plage, or for happy hour drinks and beer garden dining at “The Holdy.”
Glenelg South is a popular and safe suburb, walking distance to beaches, cafes, restaurants and hotels. This property is nestled on the Esplanade, which is a popular suburban area in Glenelg South. A mix of holiday renters and permanent residences surround the apartment. Being respectful of noise and neighbours is very important. Likewise, Glenelg is a busy place and the location of this property lends itself to the vibrant suburban buzz from the area.
Getting Around:
The best part of its esplanade setting is the on-foot ease with views and sunshine to enjoy.
Bus routes are close by via The Broadway, Brighton or Jetty Roads, but the tram is a must for the most iconic and easiest Glenelg experience granting you city-to-sea connection.
Discover Glenelg’s busiest boulevard, Jetty Road, or wander Brighton’s own Jetty Road strip billowing with street cafes and boutiques.
Further south, satisfy your retail fix at Westfield Shopping Town Marion, play any of Adelaide’s highly regarded fairways, and for overseas or interstate travellers, Adelaide International Airport is a 20-minute drive. 45 mins drive to lovely McLaren Vale vineyards and 1 hr drive to Barossa Valley.
Other Things to Note:
The split reverse cycle AC is located in the MAIN BEDROOM only. The other bedrooms and living areas have FANS only.
This is a self catering property. Towels & linen supplied, along with a starter pack including tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay. We do not replenish these items mid stay.
There is an enclosed private parking garage available at the property for one car only, however it is accessed via a small lane, uses an manual key lock and is quite tight to get into. It is suitable for small or compact cars only. Most guests prefer to use the street parking available out the front, as it has no time restrictions.
If staying longer term for over 14+ nights, to maintain the property a mid stay cleaning service may be scheduled, and this will include a replacement of the linen and towels.
**If you would like the single beds made up into a king, it can be arranged for an additional $40 fee. You need to request this at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Last minute requests are generally not be able to be accommodated**
