Very good location, close to Jetty Road and in walking distance to shops, beach and tram to city. Beds are on the harder side and quite uncomfortable, premises could do with a freshen up, especially the gardens. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location. Lady at reception (whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember) very welcoming and provided all possible required info and excellent service at check in and out. Bed very comfortable everything was as advertised.

Property was a bit run down. The room wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard. No lift, had to stagger up the stairs with heavy cases. the cooling system was noisy. We were given an upgrade apparently but it was a good job we were as I don't like to think what the room would have been like otherwise.

Fantastic location close to the beach
Fantastic location across the road from the beach and a 2 minute walk to Jetty Square tram. Property is dated with a small bathroom but the shower was so good it made up for the small space. The bed really needs replacing as it was so soft so if that is done it would make the stay more comfortable. Thank you to Sam for your hospitality. We will definitely see you again.

Small rooms and tiny bathroom. But clean and comfortable. Noise travelled in from the corridor and reception area as well as the road, but having the double glazed door helped. Good location for everything Glenelg

Upon booking for a room which the booking website indicated that it “sleeps 3” and paying, I was advised by phone that there were no applicable rooms that slept 3 and I would have to pay extra for an upgrade. I explained that this was not only unfair but false advertising for the product. The initial front office staff member wasnt the slightest bit interested in my case and upon asking to speak to her manager she simply said they were not available and they were not going to do anything about it anyway. Additionally I was interrupted by the cleaning lady who said I was a bit rude. She seemed to confuse honestly and a different opinion to hers as rudeness. Whilst the second front office staff member was lovely, I could not recommend this place to anyone. They should not treat customers with such contempt and indifference. Absolutely deplorable!

Central hotel walk across the road into the main pier area and shopping restaurants ,tram stop. Excellent location Rooms clean Amenities supplied good quality Overall an enjoyable stay Jenny managed the hotel making sure everything was ok even the surrounding area
