« We had a week here in September (10-17th) and loved every minute. We saw otters from the shore one day and did walks in every direction from the house. The weather treated us quite kindly and we managed to be outdoors for a good part of each day without getting (too!) wet. The house was so comfortable and well set up it was always a pleasure to return to. We slept so well too…all the fresh air and a super comfy bed. A great location for exploring Skye and the Glenelg area too. »

Pour atteindre le cottage on empreinte une petite route «one way » sur 7 miles qui nous donne l’impression d’être au bout du monde. L’endroit est vraiment exceptionnel pour les amoureux de la nature. Il n’y a pas de connexion réseau donc vous êtes réellement coupés du monde. J’ai adoré ce moment de tranquillité absolue. »

« When booking for a week, you may ask yourself if something is missing, if there will be an anomaly, if the owner is available in case of an emergency, if the description and the photos match the reality. We received all the wonderful attention from the owner, all the necessary advice for the discovery of the country. The cottage is particularly well furnished, nothing was missing. My kids (teenagers) appreciated this wonderful house. We even attended a field hockey game from the windows...

However, the property owner did not communicate via HomeAway nor did she apply the check-out times of the HomeAway website. Very difficult to get in touch and only communication via e-mails that kept ending up in my spam filter. Somewhat confusing. »
