A part la déception à l'arrivée à l'hôtel dû au manque d'enseigne sur l'immeuble pour reconnaitre les lieux, tout s'est bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est propre et confortable. Internet a bien fonctionné.

Service décevant. Tentative de double facturation
J'ai payé un chambre club et j'ai eu droit à une chambe standard avec une vue sur un chantier qui était en travaux, même le week-end . Pourtant l'hotel était pratiquement vide. La piscine ne comporte pas de bassin pour les enfants. Le personnel d'entretien est plutot sympathique, mais l'accueil à la réception fut quelconque. Pour couronner le tout, au moment de la check-out, on me demande de m'acquitter d'une facture de 350$, alors que la reservation a été faite via Expedia. Après vérification, ils m'ont dit que je n'avais pas à payer; mais c'est bien essayé de leur part.

I had a fantastic experience at The Alisa Hotel! Dorinda, and her entire team were professional, authentic, experienced, friendly, and kind. Everyone was amazing, from the airport shuttle team, the property gate staff, the reception and lobby teams, the porters, the restaurant and bar staff, to the room staff and parking attendants. The rooms were clean and had a well-stocked coffee and tea station. The hotel staff ensured guests stayed hydrated by replenishing bottled water daily and as needed. The hotel has many amenities and is located in a secure central location. I look forward to returning for future visits and highly recommend The Alisa Hotel!"

The hotel was nice and very accommodating. The hotel staff was also nice and very helpful. The restaurant was not the best when it comes to service. Everything you order, I mean even coffee, takes over 40 minutes before you get it and when you get your food it comes with things you didn’t even order.

Good price and decent facility. The standard rooms are located in another building across the street- one has to know as I didn’t. Excellent food options: breakfast buffet has a lot of selection so os dinner. Room service is also excellent. Gym is good so that is a plus. Airport shuttle available but although I registered they forgot me for a 3 am departure. Finally, staff is friendly and strive to provide good customer service.

Not great but one of the best options in Accra
This would be a 3-star hotel anywhere else but for Accra it’s a 4-star, options are pretty limited and this is one of the few hotels in the sweet spot between really expensive and really bad. This is the international NGO hotel, it’s very clear that it caters to government travelers and NGO employees. It’s dated and a little rundown but it’s also very safe and convenient. I stayed a week and there was no hot water for over 24 hours one of the days, but otherwise it was unremarkable. The staff is friendly and try to be helpful, and everyone means well. I’d stay again, but mainly because there just really isn’t a better option in this price range.
