Please the Very Big Balcony is shared with the guest in studio Apt7.
Apt7 & Apt 15 penthouse studios are on same floor.
Guest access
You will have the entire flat to yourself from the time the key is handed to you till you check out.

Other things to note
1. Any person that spends the night in the flat is considered a guest, please state the accurate number of guest while booking. The Apt is for 2Guests -Extra guest fee is N20,000 sleeping arrangement is your responsibility.

2. No Events, No Smoking & No burning of Incense inside the apts (if you default ITS IMMEDIATE CHECK OUT & N150,000 fine).

3. Essentials (tissue & towel) are replaced only on request

4. Check in Time 2:00pm & Checkout Time 11:00am. Please Early check in BEFORE 2pm is N2500/hr if you need it notify us to confirm availability, and late check out after 11am till 2pm is N2500/hr, BEYOND 2pm is full day rate.

5. Stable Electricity Supply Plus 24hour Standby generator that powers every appliance.

6. Generator is Switched on once state power is off.

7. Call for Free Cleaning (7am to 2:30pm monday - Sunday) Change of sheet is ON THE 5TH DAY (if you need it before the 5th day from your arrival date it’s N1000 per change.

8. Please Switch off all lights, Acs and water heater (except the Refrigerator) any time you are leaving the Flat. If we notice any of these are on the whole flat will be tripped off till you return.

9. This is a home please use it as yours. kindly let us know of any damages e.g broken plates, glasses, faucets, spillage on the walls etc during your stay.

10. Laundry is on request for a charge. Washing machine available- You can wash yourself

11. For 1 night bookings that are more than 2weeks away, you may have to use same apartment but on another floor should the guest in the particular one extends.
