« Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent food options. Buffet breakfast and dinner had an international flairn which we served in the main dining room daily. There were also 4 optional dining options 2 restaurants and a cafe and a bar /dining by the pool side. The bed was very comfortable. I looked forward to getting in bed in the evenings. It was not just a hotel, it had a resort feel to it. If I should visit Abuja again, I would stay there again. »

« I really enjoyed my three nights here. Breakfast could be better, but I’m not a breakfast person so I will let it slide. Overall the hotel was pretty excellent and the staff were brilliant, helpful and cordial. One big negative was that the hot tub advertised on Expedia as part of the hotel facility is actually not free to use. It costs a whooping N400k to use for 2 hours. This has to be stated clearly on the hotel website. »

« It conviennent for us as it is walking distance to work. The food at the restaurant is good but not always taste the same thing from day to day. The breakfast do not offert yogurt. They offer waffle but nothing to put on it. But the employees are very nice and they always welcoming you. »

« A welcoming place. It’s located in a quiet and safe area. Rooms are large enough and clean. Having carpet is not great but it did not trigger my allergies. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Special mention for the room service. I have tried almost everything on the menu, all very good. However, I don’t think it’s a hotel for the business trip. There is very little space in the lobby to hold one on one meetings and the internet was terrible. It also doesn’t cater well for international...

« First time back in a few years and I was more than pleased with what I encountered. My flight in was delayed and by the time I arrived at the hotel, my room key was ready and I was able to go straight to my room. The room was in good condition and as comfortable as I remembered. The maintenance issues that led me to stop staying here appeared to have been addressed. »

« The issue is the room I stayed in. Liked the vintage furniture. There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. »

« The reception and the management lack of hospitality, as well as efficiency and reactivity solve small problems such as : No towels or soap in the room, no remote control for the tv, cold cooked dishes at the restaurant, extremely high prices for a dish of simple plane pasta (30000 NGN) while the complete buffet is at 21000. Of course I refused and somehow the price went down to 18000!!!!! »
