L’hôtel est très beau Petit déjeuner copieux et très variés Parties communes jolies Piscine très sympa en hauteur Le personnel est très attentionné au café, au parking et à la piscine Le personnel de chambre très bien aussi Attention toutefois à l’insonorisation des chambres communicantes : nous avons eu des voisins indélicats qui faisaient énormément de bruits (cris, rires, hurlements, téléphones…) : dans ces cas là il faut le signaler tout de suite à la réception et non au concierge qui n’a rien fait L’hôtel est bien placé au cœur d’Abu-dhabi centre

Not a Crown Plaza hotel!
Nice hotel well located near the Corniche. Comfortable bed, great breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful. But the hotel is starting to show its age, mainly on the technical side, such as noe USB charging ports. The main issue is that this is not a Crown Plaza hotel, even though hotels.com still says it is.

Nombreux restaurants, magasins proches de l’hôtel et accessible à pieds. Belle promenade accessible à pieds le long de la plage la Corniche. La chambre est grande, la literie très confortable. La piscine de l’hôtel et l’espace autour ne sont pas très vastes ne permettant pas de profiter du soleil et de la chaleur d’hiver ! (Seulement 4 transats)

Check-in très tôt le matin 👍 mais chambre pas entièrement préparée (manque de produits d’hygiène, de peignoir …) Chambre communicante bruyante, comme si on était avec les voisins, on entend tout. Personnel de ménage très intrusif, à ouvert ma porte à deux reprises sans toquer sans rien, dans la même matinée et a même osé me demander quand est-ce que je partais 🙂. Piscine sur le toit et conciergerie bien sympathiques.

l'établissement est bien situé, même si le quartier n'a rien d'agréable en soit, car à proximité de la corniche et du WTC qui peuvent être rejoints a pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable,. Merci a Camille et Silu pour leur accueil, au responsable qui nous a surclassé car notre chambre n'était pas prête, aux concierges, aux personnel de chambre et du petit déjeuner, au maitre nageur qui sont toujours souriants et agréables. La suite exécutive n'est pas adaptée a 4 adultes, canapé et lit d'appoint juste pour les enfants par contre. La piscine est sympa , dommage que les murs d'entourage bloquent la vue , on se sent un peu enfermé. Le jacuzzi est bien agréable (un peu chaud) Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux merci a tous

En famille avec 2 enfants, même ceux-ci n'ont trouvé rien à dire, mérite vraiment un 5 étoiles, personnel toujours au petit soin avec le sourire. Le réceptionniste Abdel était vraiment professionnel, il a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien et c'est réussi ! J'y retournerai.

Ancient hotel. Looks old and worn out. Some features inside the room don't work. While not using AC even once in three days, and still I felt cold. The closet consists of one shelf only, not enough even for a single person. Small window, so not only is it cold in the room, but also dark. The only plus is the spacious bathroom.

Our room had strong mold smell and there were some patches on the ceiling that needed some repairs. I didn’t like the location of it as it was right by traffic-lots if small shops and restaurants. But the staff was amazing. Mustafa-Abin and Suleman were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel offers very good value for money. its not the best located in the older part of town but perfectly safe and plenty of cheap taxis to ferry you around. I stayed in a spacious room which was clean, good beds/sheets and bathroom. The room shows signs of wear i.e. sockets and general decor. The pool and gym were good. I only eat breakfast which again was good value.

I found a toothbrush on the floor from another resident's and the TV control was all oily and with dust and the light switches with a lot of dirt. And the boy from the reception from Zimbabwe was the only one who explained things calmly and all easy to understand. The other employees were very much on top of me, it seemed that they were suspicious of my stay at the hotel.
