I am sorry to read your comments about the issues you had with Wi-fi being charged during your stay. Wi-fi is offered free of charge in our public area spaces to all guests and in the bedrooms if the guest is a Hilton Honors member. Unfortunately it seems that on your most recent stay our team have not assigned your Hilton Honors number to your booking at check in and therefore the system has charged the daily rate for Wi-fi. I will pass on your feedback to the team and highlight the importance of checking this information and ensuring that our guests are fully informed about the hotel wi-fi policy. I will also ensure we check our 3rd party hotel wi-fi information is displaying correctly. Pre-authorisations are "pending" transactions and does not come out your account. When the actual transaction is taken at the end of your stay, and that is when the "pending" transaction on your bank account should disappear. I hope this helps!
