« The grounds and general location were beautiful, we checked in via lock box which was simple and efficient. We made use of the free electric charging which was unheard of and brilliant (partially because it worked so many don’t). The room was spacious and I found the bed comfy although my partner thought it was a little lumpy. The bathroom was huge!! Great toiletries, shower pressure was spot on. Having air con when it was 28 degrees was brilliant and made it possible to sleep comfortably...

« Très bel établissement récemment rénové. Les chambres sont très agréables. Petit bémol sur les douches qui sont ouvertes et laissent donc l’eau aller dans la salle de bain. A part ce détail tout était parfait. »

« lovely hotel situated 5 minutes walk from the center of Bury St Edmunds.Bedroom nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Difficult to dry hair as no plug in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom!! Unfortunately we were in a front bedroom which is on the main road!! very noisy from 7.am »

« Although it was a good stay and in an excellent location, the room we stayed in was very dusty and needed a good clean. Bathroom blind was very dusty, exposed wires from a towel rail. Bedroom needed dusting and windows that opened needed cleaning. Confusion over the bill when we left. »
