« We had a really restful stay. My wife’s 70th birthday fell on the Tuesday. The only downside was the fire alarm going off that morning! But the staff were great. »

« Nothing negative to say about staff, comfort, cleanliness etc. Just had a problem connecting to the WiFi. Would be useful to have a sign on the Quayside to identify the hotel. »

« J’étais déjà venu il y a quelques années dans cette hôtel, et le niveau est excellent, j’apprécie beaucoup cette chaîne, dans des lieux originaux et de très bon goût. Le petit bémol, au restaurant, j’avais pris une salade avec du kale, mais il n’y en avait pas, malgré les affirmations du cuisinier après ma remarque… »

« We stayed for two nights in a junior suite, the hotel was clean and tidy, staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bar and cocktails were lovely. Unfortunately the dinner menu was not great so we ate out both nights and luckily there are many options for food and drink close by. We did have a problem with breakfast on the second day (food was burnt) we returned the plate and then got the wrong replacement food and still burnt, after raising with the restaurant manager it was refunded so no...

« Le service laisse à désirer: -Malgré une demande et un rappel pour un wake-up call à 4.45 du matin pour attraper le premier vol du jour, je n'ai jamais eu de wake-up call. -J'ai souhaité prendre un lunch au bar de l'hôtel tout en continuant à travailler. Malheureusement après 20 minutes d'attente (et alors qu'il n'y avait que 2 autres clients dans le bar), je suis parti car personne ne m'avait salué et encore moins proposer à boire et à manger. »

« Great hotel. Swimming facilities lovely. Grounds immaculate and even a wee play park for kids. Only thing that spoilt things slightly was the service in the Antler bar. Not enough staff on so service was slow. We ordered food just after 5pm and had to go and check where it was at 6.10pm. They said there was a problem with the printer and they had lost our order. Not ideal with a starving 3 year old but they did their best to rectify it, complimentary drinks and rushed the order through once...

« I stayed just one night. Room was ok. Restaurant as well. Not a great breakfast but minimum is done. Nevertheless the surroundings didn’t appear nice to me. »

« Had a fantastic weekend at the Ramside whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Lovely view across the green to the treehouses. Very quiet we will definitely be back »

« Hotel 1 peu vieillot. Du bruit dans les canalisations, pas de prise électrique autour du lit pour le smartphone, pièce froide. La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. L'emplacement est top. »
