« Great, spacious house that would be ideal for a large group. Alton is approximately midway between Zion NP and Bryce NP so it is easy to visit both parks and the numerous scenic drives in the area without moving. Carrie, the manager, was courteous and professional. There are few rules and those few are reasonable. The single negative is the lack of food of any kind in Alton. »

« We found this trough Amex Expedia offers and it was more than expected. The house was clean well kept with beautifully curated interior. The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay.
