« Location next to Cedar Point is fantastic, that is what you are paying for. The beach is also great and we enjoyed the cabanas and views. Besides that, very limited food options, slow service all around, one bartender at TGI Fridays and the Beach Bar every night; everything had an hour+ wait. Felt like it wasn’t properly staffed everywhere for the busy summer season. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day but you do get clean towels if you ask. »

« The property was nice and quiet. The grounds were beautiful. The cleaning staff were always cleaning the rooms, halls, etc. The comfort room had extra hall space, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The room has a microwave and fridge. Opportunities to improve: 1) No coffee pot in room, no coffee in the lobby. 2) Shampoo and conditioner bottles are tiny and I didn’t love the quality. FYI..Some rooms are very far from the lobby, pool, restaurants and require a lot of walking. »

« The music at the pool is eardrum shattering. They made a rule that you can't take any kind of bag to the pool which is very inconvenient. »

« We loved this Hotel. Very clean room and nice breakfast. The receptionist checking us in was very friendly and helpful. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and close drive to Cedar Point. »

« Not the typical walk in and check in at a front desk is nice. »

« No amenities in the room, shower floor slippery, did not have housekeeping in the room during stay, ran out of coffee in lobby. No microwave, fridge or coffee in the room. »

« Our stay was short, but everything about the hotel was nice, clean, and their staff were just kind to the core. Will definitely stay again if needed. »

« Our stay at the Harbour Square Suites was fantastic. The location is right near the jet express and downtown PIB. The room was very nice and the staff is incredible. We will stay there alway! Thank you Maria and team for the very warm welcome. »

« It is as you suspect. Not the best, yet definitely NOT the worst. Room was nice. HVAC worked well at keeping the temperature we set. Bed was firmly comforting. Bathroom was clean. Just as you expect. »

« Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. »

« We had 2 houses for a Bachelorette party, both were great and had a different feel in both. We noticed on our first evening there that the a/c wasnt working. The property manager sent someone out right away, and got it fixed. There was an onsite cab service that picked us up every night for a fair price, and were pretty quick. All in all, it was a great stay. »

« This place was the best vacation I have ever had. The condo was roomy and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The outside was excellent. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. The property was right on Lake Erie so was very beautiful especially at sunset. I would definitely love to stay here again! »
