« Super place to be »

« My hotel room, for the price, was mediocre. There was residue or dirt or something on the linoleum floor at entryway, I wiped it down and the cloth was black. The rooms have heavy steel doors, and when your door closes, it makes a loud crashing sound, so every time someone on the floor closes their door, you hear crash after crash of the doors closing. The towel rack in my bathroom fell out of the wall onto the floor during my stay, almost fell on me, I ran out of Kleenex within about an hour...

« I made a reservation the wrong date. They managed to find me a room although they were fully booked. And the icing on the cake, they used my payment for the day before to pay for the room. I didn't have to pay anything extra. What a wonderful service. Congratulations »
