« Unfortunately, the fridge did not seem to work as we turned it to the coldest setting and it never got cold. We had to keep breast milk cold so we had to use ice and the ice bucket but it worked. I would have come down and mentioned it last night but my daughter had to go to sleep right away. Also, I noticed some mold on the ceiling above the light in the bathroom his morning. « Nice hotel, staff helpful, room was large and comfortable, breakfast was good. Yet, we had a room by the street, so a little noisy early evening, and we advise to avoid the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner _ although kids eat free, the food is not really good (except for breakfast). »

« We enjoyed the most lovely sunset here with the sweetest family llamas- Porter & Stout, who we also got to hand feed! Hubby and I rented the presidential suite for a quiet evening away from the kids, and we left feeling SO refreshed. But, now we’re booking our return WITH the kids in the Paul Bunyan cabin which they will absolutely love! I can’t recommend this retreat enough. The family history of the property is so fascinating, and early May was a perfect time of the year to enjoy some Spring...
