« What a delight to wake up the first morning and look out the windows! We had arrived after dark and had only a vague impression of the surrounding rain forest! Magnificent only partially describes the place. Our hostess, responded immediately to any notes we sent, even though she was on vacation herself. « Everything was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The host was very organized and gave great directions. The apartment was well laid out. We cooked some of the host's organic eggs every morning in the kitchen and there was plenty of space to eat at the table or sit on the couch and read. We loved sitting on the Lanai and looking at the stars, and it's only a few minutes to Green Sand Beach and the amazing South Point! »

« This was a great spot for us to stay close to volcanoes national park. We stayed in the pahoe’hoe and a’a rooms which are situated adjacent to one another with separate keys. For our family, this worked out well as our two boys (12 and 16) had their own space with their own bathroom and we had a separate space with our own bathroom.
