« There was only 1 small thing that i would have preferred a window that i could open at night I only had a set of french doors The room was very hot and i read leaflet saying heating on 24 hours so we turn all heaters off at 3pm when we got there On returning room still hot so a window would have been perfect »

« Etablissement très bien situé à proximité du stade le confort de la chambre est sommaire mais la literie est correcte. L’absence de sanitaires (douche / wc) dans la chambre est à prendre en compte, on est plus dans une auberge de jeunesse que dans un véritable hôtel. Mieux vaut être prévenu... »

« Pas de petit déjeuner servi en semaine. Hôtel très calme alors qu’il est situé en plein centre ville dans la rue la plus commerçante, à 2 pas du château et du stade. Personnel très attentionné et présent sur site 24/24h. »

« L’hôtel est bien situé, facilement accessible et à 15minutes du centre ville de Cardiff. On peut trouver à côté un Starbucks, WHS Smith, KFC, ... Parking gratuit, il suffit de communiquer sa plaque d’immatriculation lors du check-in. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. »

« First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
