« The hotel is on top of a lovely, vibrant, atmospheric pub (hence some music until late). Very friendly welcome, helpful, friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the pub. The room a little more basic than expected, our "standard" TV did not work but after some help with the WiFi we could get Neflix etc. Bed was clean and comfy, the shower nice and powerful, bathroom a little on the small side. There was a kitchenette however which was great, with kettle and microwave oven, could be useful if staying...

« Good location. Spacious room and good value for money but it feels a bit unnecessary to only give 30 minutes free wi-fi and ask people to pay after that. »

« Hôtel plutôt bien situé à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants tout en étant dans une petite rue donc pas trop de bruit . Par contre odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre . La couverture du lit était trop petite . Elle s’arrêtait au niveau du torse alors que je fais que 1,83m . »

« Appartement très bien équipé, tout y est (serviettes, nécessaires de toilette, café, thé…) Le chauffe eau de la douche HS, soit l’eau est froide, soit elle est bouillante, a réparer. »

« Wifi is only free when you book through the Campanile website, 4G is dreadful in the area. Had only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival, a second one in the wardrobe, no bath mat or hand towel. Room hasn't been hoovered during our stay and hadn't been done under the bed. Also, whenever you or your neighbour flush the toilet, there's an awful pipe sounds in both rooms while it fills up!! Staff is polite, quiet location (but cardboard walls so you hear everything), it's ok for one night or...

« Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head. »

« Great having private access to the rooms, however the stairs are very steep. The room had everything I needed for my short stay but it does feel a little unloved. I will be back. »
