« Lives up to the name- a very tranquil spot. Retreat-like guesthouse with beautiful gardens, 2x river views, comfortable and quiet interior. Furnishings organic and earthy, very tasteful. Enjoyed my stay some much I booked another night. Will return!! »

Le petit déjeuner servi était délicieux et aussi copieux, ce qui permet de sauter du déjeuner.
La chambre était un peu petite mais bien équipée.
Globalement, c'était très agréable séjour. Nous espérons revenir dans un proche avenir.... »

« Amazing, we stayed 2 nights. Loved the cabin, especially the outdoor bath. Had a few furry friends come visit too. Fire place kept us warm as it was a bit chilly at night. Only thing I would recommend is to have 2 sets of towels as it was a bit hard to get them dry after use. »

« What more can I say about Cygnet. Can’t wait to come back. We been travelling for three weeks and Huon Valley is a must on everyone list. We stayed in Cygnet Old Bank. Our room was large and very cosy this time of year. A lot of produce also around the area.(Yum) »

« This house was so peaceful that I wish we stayed a week. The view and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing and we had the best sleep on our 14 day trip around Tassie. I woke up early to watch the sunrise and saw in the front yard a white kangaroo! »

Toutefois petits bémols pour une chambre à 200 $ la nuit:
- Pas de Wifi
- Petit déjeuner bon, mais trop léger. Pas de chocolat chaud, pas de jus de fruit. Ne buvant ni thé ni café j'ai du sortir m'acheter quelque chose à boire...
- Une bouteille de vin offerte oui, mais pas d'eau... A moins de payer dans le mini-bar.
- Et enfin, décus car le pod n'est pas au bord de l'eau comme...

Pas moyen de commander le room service, ni en ligne, ni par téléphone, il faut se déplacer. Par ailleurs, le parking, payant lui aussi, n’est pas celui à proximité de l’hôtel mais est situé sur un autre pâté de maisons."
