« A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! »

« It was neat clean tidy and private. Really spacious for the 2 of us. Pity we couldnt have stayed 2 nights. Will definitely recommend. Beach access off driveway. »

« Lovely, comfortable accomodation with terrific views. Easy check in process. Great area, quiet location with playgrounds nearby and everything you'd need is only a short drive away. A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline. Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors. Thanks for having us. »

« The property was not signposted very well and we had trouble finding it.The apartment wasnt cleaned that well and the shower fixtures were not functioning that well.There were no toilet supplies which is essential for all accommodation outlets »

« Great location, clean and tidy with super comfy beds. Those stairs to the upstairs bedroom are a wee bit steep and narrow. »

« We had a cosy experience staying here with all the amenities needed. Lovely location with a view over the city and the sunrise each morning. Yvette is highly responsive and will answer any questions you have. Good location near cool Hobart spots without being smack in the city. »
