« Loved my stay at Happiness Beach Resort. They were nice enough to change my room when my room had water piping issues. The staff always answered my messages and call when I had issues in the room. »

« I had a wonderful stay here, rooms were great, perfect location for me to get to Cloud 9, and would recommend it. Only downside was the air conditioner was very loud- so hard to sleep, and it was really not that effective. I tried to lower it to 16C so that I could try to get the room cold to turn it off at night, but it never got 'cool' in the room- it was always at 'not sweating in a puddle' - so still hot but not dying hot. »

« The general quality of the service and the room is not worth the price. The service at the restaurant is very slow and the front desk doesn't understand simple requests. The room is not cleaned correctly and there is a lot of parties organized, if you want to sleep correctly don't take a room with ocean view because it's very close to the dancefloor. »

« L’endroit est calme et le personnel a l’écoute, malheureusement petit manque de communication entre les équipes. Moisissure dans la salle de bain et l’un des nombreux chiens qui vagabondent dans la propriété était légèrement agressif. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est ! »
