« Tolle familiäre Atmosphäre. Etwas außerhalb von General Luna, daher ruhig gelegen. Man kann vom Hotel aus direkt Motorroller mieten, mit denen man die Insel erkunden kann. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Casa Basa. »

« It was a wonderful place to stay the amenities were great the food was pretty good The service was typical Filipino or as a restaurant go they could do a little improvements on that. But it was really a great place to stay Mike the owner is very nice I talked to him for a while and everything that was great. We stayed in room 213 which is the best room there It has a balcony that overlooks the ocean the pool restaurant and beautiful sunrise and sunset »

« The general quality of the service and the room is not worth the price. The service at the restaurant is very slow and the front desk doesn't understand simple requests. The room is not cleaned correctly and there is a lot of parties organized, if you want to sleep correctly don't take a room with ocean view because it's very close to the dancefloor. »

« Nice place to stay, unpretentious. What you see is what you get. A lil aircon problem when we were there but we are supplemented with another room for free with better airconditioning and a free motor for a day! I am impressed with their staff and their willingness to make it up for any inconvenience. Accomodating and responsive. The place has a common kitchen which makes it very good for groups and those who wants to save money as siargao can get really expensive! Will stay here again for...

« Die Hoteleigenen Anlagen könnten besser instand gehalten sein, aber es ist was es ist und zwar ein Flughafenhotel … spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Tag los dafür ist es perfekt , da 3 min Fußweg zum Flughafen. (Oder halt anderes herum) Längere Aufenthalte sind hier nur unter besonderen Umständen zu empfehlen , würd ich aber vermeiden. Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer zweckmäßig. »

« The staff and level of service was 5 star. I certainly appreciated the extra care and personalized attention which ran from the moment we arrived to the departure 5 days later. Undoubtedly the cozy setting, away from the busy tourist area makes this property a go-to for future visits. »

« I had a wonderful stay here, rooms were great, perfect location for me to get to Cloud 9, and would recommend it. Only downside was the air conditioner was very loud- so hard to sleep, and it was really not that effective. I tried to lower it to 16C so that I could try to get the room cold to turn it off at night, but it never got 'cool' in the room- it was always at 'not sweating in a puddle' - so still hot but not dying hot. »

« 12 days of relaxation and surf, thanks all the team for the warm welcoming. Many activities around and all facilities to chill in the hotel. Just a perfect spot to make holidays. »

« I stayed one night. The staff was very accommodating, especially when we had to leave our bags early. Conveniently located across the street to a pretty restaurant with some great food! Highly recommended 👌 »

« Breakfast, helpful staff when booking rides going to Perry. However bathroom plumbing needs improvement. Sewer smells too bad in the bathroom & shower water flow has no pressure. Key card to unlock the doors are not available at time. »

« The stay was wonderful. The location is near all the restaraunts in General Luna. The restaraunt probably has one of the best pizzas I have ever had, especially since Inhad pizza in Napoli before. The service was top notch and all the staff made me feel welcome. I recommend anyone visiting Siargao for the first time to try the Henry out. »
